How will my furniture order be fulfilled?

All orders that have and will be placed will be available to our customers and clients as soon as they arrive in Portland. There will be no disruption in orders with the recently announced changes. Items that arrive to the shop before the end of July can be picked up there, and items with a longer lead time will be delivered directly to the customer, or made available for pick up at our new showroom. 

What discounts will your Everything Must Go Sale offer?

We will be offering discounts on in-stock merchandise, as well as special orders for the duration of our sale. Special orders will received a 20% discount for the entire sale and in-stock discounts will increase as follows:

  • 6/21 - 25%
  • 6/28 - 40%
  • 7/5 - 50%
  • 7/12 - 60%
  • 7/19 - TBD based on stock

What are the terms of you Everything Must Go Sale?

All purchases made during our sale will be considered final sale, are non-returnable and sold 'as is.'

Will you be selling any store fixtures?

Yes. We will be selling some of our fixtures, including shelving, tables, desks, etc. Come and get them!

Are you offering floral services moving forward?

We will not be offering floral services in the new studio/showroom, but may make small cameos from time to time when the flowers are just too good to ignore. 

Will I still be able to buy smaller items like Christopher David candles from the online store?

Yes. A variety of smaller items will be available both on our website and locally in our showroom! We're also offering a candle subscription for those of you hooked on our lovely scents.

Where is your new studio + showroom?

Our new studio + showroom will be in The Film Exchange Building on NW 19th Ave between NW Lovejoy + NW Kearney.

Will your new studio + showroom be open to the public?

Yes, but mainly by appointment. We'd love to have you come by to view our selection of furniture, lighting, decor, etc. that will be on display and available in our look books. 

Will your new showroom offer trade discounts?

Yes! We will continue and increase our relationships with designers in the Portland area and will be providing a variety of services in the new showroom. 

Are you hiring for Studio Butch?

We've assembled much of our team already, but we are growing fast and always eager to hear from freelancers who may be a good fit for the work we do. If you have experience in graphic design, rendering, built-out production, or the like, we'd love to hear from you!
